Merry Christmas!
Enjoying a quiet day today, which I need, as I work retail so it has been busy.
Azuki! I thought of you when I saw that this was playing at the art theater in Chicago.  https://www.imdb.com/title/tt2077703/ Aya of Yop City was made into an animated film.

I hope everyone is well and that you all are having a very happy holiday whichever you celebrate.

I finished reading a cute book my husband gave me for Christmas: I could Pee on This and other poems by cats by Francesco Marciuliano.  I'm about halfway through Sleepless in Manhattan by Sarah Morgan, and Elengil and I  finally got to only 14 hours left in Lord of Chaos by Robert Jordan

The Shadow Rising (Wheel of Time #4) by Robert Jordan, print, 75%, 0%

I read a little tonight after all the celebrating, movie watching, phone calling, and more celebrating was done.
I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas! It was very nice in Montreal today.
Tomorrow I will be going to the cinema, they are playing It’s a Wonderful Life on the big screen and I’m really looking forward to it. I’m also hoping I will get to read more and I’d like to catch up on posting here. I still haven’t set up the 2020 Reading Challenge and the 2020 Series TBR Challenge. I’ll get to it, I promise!

Thursday, Dec. 26 Day 7

My list of books:
(Title, Series, Author, Format, Started At, At Now)

Final Option (Oregon Files #14) by C. Cussler & B. Morrison, audio, 20%, 50%
The Shadow Rising (Wheel of Time #4) by Robert Jordan, print, 75%, 0%
--> Trimmed With Murder (Seaside Knitters #10) by Sally Goldenbaum, ebook, 20%, 50%

I read 10% of my book tonight.
Had an excellent time at the cinema. Stopped for hot chocolate after and it was the perfect thing to do, it was so cold out! We are supposed to get freezing rain overnight into the morning. If the roads are bad, I’ll stay home. That means lots of reading. :D

Oh my Lemonitsa! The weather sounds like Texas winters. We rarely ever get real snow, just freezing rain and then usually just in January or February. Yesterday it was in the high 60s, low 70s here. Nice, sunny and warm. Same expected for today.

Lemmy, stay warm! We've been unseasonably warm the last few days in the upper 50's and low 60's. It's odd walking arounnd with no jacket or just a light hoodie in December.
