New Info - Please read
This is list populated based on whether a person's name appears on the 6 month list at any time up to October 1st (6 months ago from 4/1/09). Please check the database to see what books specifically are owed and post here if you send out all of your commitments before the month's end.


If you have a Zoho id:
Please update the database as needed to reflect any changes. If you mail all of your 6 month outstanding books before the end of the month, please post here so that one of the mods can remove your name from the list. You need only post here once all of the books are mailed, not each time you mail a book.

If you do not have a Zoho id:
Please post here when you mail out a book so that one of the Zoho mods can update the database. If you mail out books multiple times, please don’t make a new post each time. Just edit your original post. The mods may delete your posts after the next month’s list is posted to keep the thread from becoming confusing or unwieldy. We’d like to keep this thread as clean as possible.

Note: Cherie fixed the 6 month filter! Now, under the owed books tab, there is a drop down menu that has 6 month view. Select that and you will see the 6 month filter, current to that particular day. You can still see just the books owed by you by selecting your name from the filter list.

I should not be on this list.

My books from 9/21 for Teachie are in an m-bag I'm doing for her, as per the journal notes. I don't have a zoho id so can't edit anything on my own.

Oh, and while I'm here, my book from 11/23, Odd Hours, was received by oldreader back in January.

I don't owe any books until 6/6/09, when Dragon Wing needs to be to elsi.

My apologies for putting you on the list, but here's the scoop:

I clicked through all the links before putting the list together - when we're updating the database, we tend to only click through and look at the status of the book, not read the entries as that would be way too time consuming when there are so many books in the database.... the status just said reserved so I didn't investigate further.

Books for mbags by the folks who are actually doing the mbags should be marked as Mailed on the day they are ready to go and put aside for the mbag - that puts them in the same status as that for anyone else sending you a book for the mbag - it keeps them from showing up as still owed when they are ready and waiting for an mbag.

If you don't want to register at zoho and manage your own books, please feel free to pm myself, Marlene, or any of the other mods and ask that we make appropriate updates for you - that will prevent this from happening in future and will keep the database properly up-to-date. I've gone in and edited the noted books. Thanks!

I was just looking at the naughty list & just wanted to note that luckaye didn't send most of her Southern Cross Exchange books in 2008 as well as the other stuff - she missed 8 months April-July & September-December.

Akashafamily has also defaulted on the SCE for September-December.

Could I make a request that the "naughty" list (the one that's separate from the monthly six month list) be alphabetized? I'd post in that thread, but it's closed.

Please take me off, I mailed the two books I owed on Thursday.
