New Info - Please read
This is list populated based on whether a person's name appears on the 6 month list at any time up to February 1 (6 months ago from 8/1/09). Please check the database to see what books specifically are owed and post here if you send out all of your commitments before the month's end.


If you have a Zoho id:
Please update the database as needed to reflect any changes. If you mail all of your 6 month outstanding books before the end of the month, please post here so that one of the mods can remove your name from the list. You need only post here once all of the books are mailed, not each time you mail a book.

If you do not have a Zoho id:
Please post here when you mail out a book so that one of the Zoho mods can update the database. If you mail out books multiple times, please don’t make a new post each time. Just edit your original post. The mods may delete your posts after the next month’s list is posted to keep the thread from becoming confusing or unwieldy. We’d like to keep this thread as clean as possible.

Note: Cherie fixed the 6 month filter! Now, under the owed books tab, there is a drop down menu that has 6 month view. Select that and you will see the 6 month filter, current to that particular day. You can still see just the books owed by you by selecting your name from the filter list.

By the way, I did go through each book that was owed on the list and make sure they weren't already at their destination and about 3 were so they were marked accordingly.

I mailed off on August 1st, but didn't update the zoho site until the 3rd. I think I should be good, right?

Okay I checked and I took you off the list.

I just have to say that looking at the list makes my stomach just clench! Every single book that is owed to me is by someone who is on this list - except for the very last one I selected. That doesn't inspire confidence that I'll ever get any of the books that I have chosen. That is really disappointing!

MaplesFlowers, you WILL get the books I owe you! I got behind but I'm still here, still reading, and still sending books - and that's not going to change. Please PM me any time if you have concerns - if there are inactive members owing you books, you may not ever receive those, but there are others besides me on the active but overdue list who will definitely come through with their owed books - don't write us off just because we got behind please!

Hey MaplesFlowers,

Just want you to know if you ever select anything I am offering you can bet that the book will be in the mail within a week or two. I have a really good track record so far, so don't hesitate to select books from me. I really need to get my shelves cleared. I'm sure I'm not the only one who tries their best to get the books mailed out as soon as they can.

Rosie, I'm so sorry if you took my post personally. I really didn't mean it against anyone in particular. I was just shocked at how many people that owe me books were on the list. There's only like 5 people that owe me a book. It was just that almost everyone was on the list!! Although I have tried my best, and been successful so far for the most part, at keeping up with sending books out, I can honestly understand how easily it can happen. I'm just catching up on sending things to my monthly exchanges and trades from when I was in my accident and in and out of the hospital so much the last couple of months.

I would just like to say that I think the key thing is to keep communication open. If you're getting behind, please tell the people you owe books to. I'd rather know that I may not get the books owed to me for a few extra months because of economic problems or other such woes, than not hear anything from the person and continue to sit and wonder if the books will ever come! I even offered one person that owes me a book the postage to send the book because I was really wanting it badly. The person has never even acknowledged my email. Sad!!
