I’m running myself ragged trying to get a gazilion things done. I finally sat down and have a chance to catch up here... at 12:28 in the morning! I’m happy I’m doing the Valentine’s Ball again but I am also really looking forward to after!
Off to bed. Big day tomorrow. I've applied for a local program where I will get free IT education and get my CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications as well as help getting a job in the field when I complete the course. Tomorrow morning, I have to go take the test to prove I have a 10th grade ability level in math and reading. I didn't bother reviewing reading at all, and when I did the math to make sure I didn't need to google any concepts, I got a 100% on all 6 tests I took. I'm pretty sure the hardest part is going to be getting up and getting to the testing center by 9 AM. Then, assuming I don't blow it tomorrow morning, I have to interview with the program next week. If I get in (and I'm pretty confident I will), I then start the 10 week program on January 28. Classes will be from 9-4 Monday-Friday, so it'll be a STRESSFUL ten weeks as I'll have to drive to earn money around that. But... it'll be good in the long run if I can pull it off.
