You can add books to your shelf to give away. 1/10 of a point. So you would need to add 20 books. I didn't know about the bank. Also it costs 1 point to mooch a book from your own country and 2 to mooch from another country. And if you are mooched from you get 1 for someone in your own country and 3 from someone from another country.

Cheesy I had similar experience once. Namely I managed to mooch wishlist book but that never appeared on the "pending to give" list of the book owner; then I checked and saw that book is still available (in spite the fact that I've mooch it) so I mooch it again and the same thing happened. The only difference was that I had 4 points less.

Cheesy, I too had that happen, exactly as you describe with the blank page and all. I wrote to the person offering the book and was told that they had it on reserve for someone else. So I think the problem is that the book was really reserved, which is why the system wouldn't let me mooch and and kept returning the blank page, but somehow the page which would reflect that information was not updated properly, or was working from an older cached copy. HTH

and.. they are flying off my shelf over there.. *wide eyed* Months on two other sites and nothing.. hardly a day on bookmooch and ZAP. I barely get them up!

I made a bookmooch account a couple of days ago and I just sent out some books. I have the same account name as here and PBS.

Its exceeding hard to search catagories though. Im sorry but I dont think "Princess and the Pea" is a Gay/Lesbian book. (LOL)
