ok this is obviously an extremely low priority item.. but will the icon for the board in the url box ever return? I'd love to see it in my icon bar again (I use a smart bar)

Oh goddesses of the board help me ! :worship: :flower:
As Cheesy said, unfortunately there isn't. Though know that that is something I asked about specifically since there is a "joinable group" feature on this board. But alas, that joinable group does not then become something you can send PMs to. Would be nice if it did though, huh? And I've already brought it up. Meantime, the best you can do is use the multi-recipient feature to include the message to more than one individual.
Where is/how do you set the multi-recipient feature for email/PMs?

For some reason I don't now seem to be able to send PMs to multiple users although I could earlier in the week... And I don't know why. Help?

She removed that code because of all the errors that people using IE are getting. Not from that code per say but she's removing added in codes one at time till she can find the culprit. :erm:

From the first post in this thread, which keeps a running update:
the following third party scripts will be enabled and disabled over the next several weeks (Jan 10, 09) as I test for problems caused by an IE script error (see this thread in the Feedback forum):
limit signature images · BBCode in PM Quick Compose · Multi PM Recipients · Forum Jump Box

Weirdly, it appears to only work for some themes. Using ZetaFree and Simple Blue - no numbers. Using Zeta Original - numbers.

Would some of the themes have disabled the list function? What an odd thing to do.
Joanna -- I don't think the theme would have disabled the list function. Rather, I'd bet that they use the same style for both OL (ordered list) and UL (unordered list) elements. If you have the ability to update the style sheets for these themes, you could just make these changes and then all themes would use numbers when the BB code requested it.

I don't understand this item:
wrote:Ad removal - keep ads enabled for non-logged in guests like you could in IF? - yup, done and enabled, but $5 worth of ad credits used up in only a few days.
I'm logged in and I see ads. Where are they "removed" from? And what are the "ad credits" that were used up? (I know this isn't really technical, but I'm nosy!)

I do have the ability to edit the style sheets. (Notice the over/under mouseover in the Winter theme, courtesy of yours truly since the bold alone blended too much.)

Perhaps if Joanna can confirm which styles she is seeing them incorrectly in, I could verify this myself and (if necessary) edit the style sheet if they are indeed doing it incorrectly there. But since no one else seems to have noticed it, I'm not sure it's a style problem at all. Joanna, if you have a specific style name that you want me to verify, just name it. :)

Ad credits allow you to supress the display of ads in the forum. You pay a certain amount of $ for a certain number of page views that are shown ad-free. If I remember correctly, I think $5 got you 5000 page views.

The part I noted there was specifically looking for the ability to show the ads to non-logged in users so that they don't count against the credit. However even with that enabled, the $5 spent was used up in like 3 days. So keeping that option enabled all the time would be waaaay to expensive and not coverable by the money generated by the Amazon revenue. Instead, I'm holding out for their Premium features which should have a little bit of this. (Though I told them I'd only do it once we can sign up for a year at a time. There's no way I'm having payment for this come out of my own personal checking account each month!)
