I've now skimmed through the whole thread and... most of the stuff I can understand is the stuff I had figured out already on my own. But that's because I'm the sort of clueless person who gets skins mixed up with themes.

I'm sure I'll be all right as long as I don't try to do anything too clever. No clocks and images in sigs for me!

I still hate the fact you don't see people's birthdays in the upcoming events. We hardly do birthday threads anymore.

And yeah, did Janet (Beach Davis) remove her facebook account? Her birthday was at the end of January and I could no longer find her out there, and I hadn't seen her here lately either. (Nor could I remember her BC name. Though I know I'd remember it as soon as someone says it.

At least it happened at the beginning of the year though so we kinda didn't leave anyone out last year.

I'll go look for that thread though. I assume I'd have stuck it in with my other notification threads over there.

I'll seem pouty but no one done a happy birthday thread for me last weekend. Although a lot people at FB wished a hb and that was very nice.
Oh and she's LadyJanet! She's still on FB.... Get this I searched friends but she didn't come up but I searched her name and poof there she is and I posted on her wall. I don't know what's up with that.

Unfortunately I checked and didn't save the thread for it. But I recall that at least one other person replied, perhaps even one of the devs, I forget. :-/ So I'm gonna look around a bit before starting a new one. Man, they really need to get Search functionality back. It is so damn time-consuming having to browse thru each page manually. And when you have little time on your hands to begin with because you're supposed to be getting tons of other stuff done... well, grrrr


ETA - oh never mind, I found it. I'm dumb. I did make a note about it in the Todo thread at the top of this. I just didn't see it right off, but a quick page search for birthday and voila!

I'm using ZB Winter 2008 theme and all of a sudden everything is bold

In looking for a new theme, I noticed that there's a pic in the ZetaBB theme that was apparently hosted by tinypic and appears to be down. I know it's unlikely that we can fix the pic but maybe if this persists we should consider removing ZetaBB from our list?

I went ahead and disabled it for now. I added a new theme. Check it out. It's called The Clouds. Pretty simple and pretty.
