New Info - Please read
This is list populated based on whether a person's name appears on the 6 month list at any time up to May 1 (6 months ago from 11/1/09). Please check the database to see what books specifically are owed and post here if you send out all of your commitments before the month's end.


If you have a Zoho id:
Please update the database as needed to reflect any changes. If you mail all of your 6 month outstanding books before the end of the month, please post here so that one of the mods can remove your name from the list. You need only post here once all of the books are mailed, not each time you mail a book.

If you do not have a Zoho id:
Please post here when you mail out a book so that one of the Zoho mods can update the database. If you mail out books multiple times, please don’t make a new post each time. Just edit your original post. The mods may delete your posts after the next month’s list is posted to keep the thread from becoming confusing or unwieldy. We’d like to keep this thread as clean as possible.

Note: Cherie fixed the 6 month filter! Now, under the owed books tab, there is a drop down menu that has 6 month view. Select that and you will see the 6 month filter, current to that particular day. You can still see just the books owed by you by selecting your name from the filter list.

I'll send mine out on Tuesday. And the very top of that list says November 2009 instead of December.

I wish I could do the same, but I have a lot of International books to mail so it will be one at a time.

Hey, this is for the Amrita book I owe Ace. I just marked it as mailed on Zoho because I sent a replacement copy through Amazon today. I let someone borrow that copy of the book, and I don't remember who. So when she gets it, it won't have a BCID on it.

I don't know where to direct this question, but it came up in the Everybook VBB play thread.

I used the six-month filter on the DB when I created the play thread and marked everyone that showed up on the list as owing books. But azuki pointed out that her books are actually from the beginning of July. The filter seems to be by date (i.e., her books were from July 4, so Jan. 3 they began appearing on the filter). But is there a grace period that she doesn't need to mail them until the end of January? Should I be checking the dates of the books of the people that show up on the filter?
