What is the EME?
- A monthly exchange group where you send an e-book to the person selected for that month.
- No postage involved!
- You are only required to send one e-book to the player of the month.
- When it is your month, you can look forward to an e-book from each member taking part in the exchange!
Basic guidelines
- You only need to send one book to the Monthly EME player!
- Please make sure your email and wish list are up-to-date before your turn comes around.
- The players' details are posted in this spreadsheet* — Send to my Kindle * New players, please add yourself, and the requested info to this spreadsheet.
- If you are emailing a book to someone use their email address from the spreadsheet. Kindle only uses the @kindle.com addy for documents, so please use another email if emailing.
- Please check the monthly players’ wishlist and format type before sending anything.
- If you are unable to fulfill your obligation - contact the hostess asap.
- Some years we do not have a full 12 player roster, and sometimes opt for a Secret “insert celebration here” Exchange during those non-player months,
- We also (usually) do a Secret Santa in December - if players are agreeable.
- Lastly, when it is your month, create a thread a near to the first of the month as possible

OK a bit of start of the year housekeeping..
The mistresses haven't heard from Meshe, and she is active on the board..so for the moment her month is in limbo. Hopefully she will joining us (this year and the holidays have been hectic!) But if she doesn't continue, her month will be open. Which leads us to the following poll ... if you could all respond, that would be lovely...

1. Should we assign an additional month for each player (to fill empty months)* OR leave them blank and no exchange.
2. Shall we have a December Exchange (Secret Santa/ Etc)
3. Should we do a Summer Exchange (If there is a blank month)
*this would be simpler than filling them with the random exchanges like in 2022.
