I think locking down the Fun & Games area is a very good idea. I would be open to leaving the other areas available to guests.
My question is this. how do we decide on new members?
Not just here but also on our facebook page.
I think nobody wants to sign up but I do always see many guests reading so i would love it that it would be more locked up. The thing is we are a group who have gotten to know each other over the last 2 decades. (Okay 1.5) We have argued we have laughed. We have thrown temper tantrums we have had the best discussions and we did not get many new members over the last few years.
I think we can perhaps be strict here but not as strict on the fb page? Maybe an idea to get to know people there and if they click point them over here?

Sorry, I haven't helped any. I just don't know how to describe things anymore. I would say it's middle age brain but I think it's more of the medicine I take for the anxiety and depression.

I can be very active for a few days and then not visit for weeks there.
And I can relate with you on the middle brain. Sometimes I can speak and write very eloquent English
but there are also moments I just can't find the words at all.
