New Info - Please read
This is list populated based on whether a person's name appears on the 6 month list at any time up to September 1 (6 months ago from 3/1/10). Please check the database to see what books specifically are owed and post here if you send out all of your commitments before the month's end.


If you have a Zoho id:
Please update the database as needed to reflect any changes. If you mail all of your 6 month outstanding books before the end of the month, please post here so that one of the mods can remove your name from the list. You need only post here once all of the books are mailed, not each time you mail a book.

If you do not have a Zoho id:
Please post here when you mail out a book so that one of the Zoho mods can update the database. If you mail out books multiple times, please don’t make a new post each time. Just edit your original post. The mods may delete your posts after the next month’s list is posted to keep the thread from becoming confusing or unwieldy. We’d like to keep this thread as clean as possible.

Note: Cherie fixed the 6 month filter! Now, under the owed books tab, there is a drop down menu that has 6 month view. Select that and you will see the 6 month filter, current to that particular day. You can still see just the books owed by you by selecting your name from the filter list.

i've not forgotten about owing the one and thought it was going to go out but i've turned my house upside down (it looks horrid) and can't find it. well, i went to BAM to look for a couple of books and i couldn't find it. looks like i'll have to order it and send it to AM through a booksite. i'll let you know when this is done.

ps how do u do the filter thing or is that only on the zoho?

Hi all - I was just wondering why the monthly trade groups, such as Paranormal Devils, Chapter 12, JOE, etc (not picking on these groups - they're the only ones I know off-hand as I belong to them!!) are not kept track of as well, as far as books not sent out? Maybe they are and I just don't realize it? Or do those groups work on a honor system? If so, what happens when people don't send their books to the monthly participant? I'm not asking this for any personal reasons - I've just wondered....so please don't anyone get angry with me!!!

Most of those groups have a hostess who tracks who has sent to who. They can submit folks names to the Naughty List if they have not met their obligations, but there is no set time frame as far as I know. I think that they mostly work on the honor system and the folks who flake out tend to go MIA or end up on the 6 month list as well.

I know that I have fallen behind on groups and am currently working on catching up. I think that most folks do tend to catch up eventually or like I said, they end up going MIA.

For JOE, I've added people to the Naughty List when they aren't sending their books out and aren't responding. Generally, when that happens, the person is MIA anyway.
