I play in this sometimes on a Goodreads forum, there is a monthly "Pick it for me" game, where you have a prepped list for your partner to chose from, you sign up, and then the administrator randomly pairs people up, and they pick a book from their partner's list for them and post it in the same thread so everyone gets the fun of seeing what books are chosen. There's no pressure to actually read it, if you decide you don't want to, but if you're looking for a read and can't decide between them, put them on the list! Then when people finish the book, they can report in and say what they thought, but again, no pressure, the fun is just in the looking at each others books and picking one. I think it would be another fun game for us that wouldn't cause us to owe books to anyone as we're only reading our own, and only if we want to! I know we had a relay that was similar I think, but to me doing it as a big group is more fun.
Would anyone be interested in this? I'd be happy to run it and see what you think. I wasn't sure where to post it to see if anyone was interested, so please move it if you think it would be better. If it takes off, we could make it's own section.
