Cherie: I just looked at my PMs and discovered two things that distress me:

1 - Lots of messages that I had deleted are still on the system in a folder called "archive"
2 - None of my sent messages were carried over.

Elsi, my sent items are what is in my archived folder. Did you check to see if yours are there as well?

You can only delete from your Archived folder. I deleted all of mine that were already there. Thank goodness the ones I have in folders that I created are still intact and there.

Thanks -- I found my sent messages in the archives folder. Can't distinguish a saved SENT message from a saved RECEIVED message unless it's too subtle for me.

Also, I didn't see an option for creating any new folders. Will go hunting for that.

ETA: I'm resurrecting this old thread, because this is the same topic as my question.

Just checking that I understand correctly:

I cannot delete anything from my inbox.

My "archive" is the messages I have sent out, and I CAN delete from there.

There is no way to save a draft (for example, to send out a reveal to several people) - as soon as you send it, it moves from "drafts" to "archive".

Is that right?

I believe that you can move things from the inbox to the archive, then delete them if you want them out of the inbox.

Also, to send a reveal to several people, I believe you can forward a message from the archive.
