Markham and North York are close by enough we most certainly can drive there.
My husband says that he doesn't mind going to Mississauga either, if it's easier for you guys, as it's weekday.
Do you work in Toronto downtown? We can go downtown. Husband said near Dundas there are plenty of interesting places too.
(I am just typing as he said as I have no idea where all these places fall on the map, except that Mississauga is somewhere south of the airport, right?)

The airport is in Mississauga. But I'm working right in the core of downtown Toronto so staying in Toronto isn't a problem for me.

How do you feel about Italian? There's a place on Yonge that has one of the best tiramisu in the city.

It's also mid-city so you wouldn't need to come all the way down to the core.

Everything sounds delicious! Thornhill is easy enough to get to for me, but so is anywhere on Yonge.

ETA I just need to check with my mom as she might be in town, but that might make it easier for me to sneak out and meet everyone !!

As I am more flexible with time, I will leave it up to you guys to decide which area is most convenient for most of you. I know you will be coming in from work and traffic can be a hassle. I don't know where we may be during the day, so I can go anywhere.
