Well, Lauren, probably you won't see this till the baby is born, but here's wishing you a safe, fast and easy delivery.

Not much reading done today between playing Harry Potter and GISH. I hope to finish one more book for this month, and then I'll be doing the NEWTs (as in Harry Potter exam) readathon.

Also, Nim, did you read the whole series of Aya or just the one that was put into the manga box?  This one Life in Yop City is a collection of the first 3 volumes.  If you are interested lmk.  I was planning to see if anyone wants it for the 666 challenge but of course you have first dip.

Got about 3-4 hours of "Superman: Dawnbreaker" listened to yesterday. Read maybe a half chapter of "Christmas Keeper" last night before dozing off several times and deciding I was done for the day.

So much going on in here!
Exciting to hear Lauren's news. I wish you the birthing experience you always hoped for and all the warm fuzzies with that brand new bundle of joy!

I'm still working on Once Dead, Twice Shy. It's a short book, so I'm going to stick with it, but I had to go buy an audio copy of it 'cause I just couldn't force myself to read the ePub. I don't think I'll end up reading the rest of the series.

Already? It seems like just last month you were collecting goosebumps books for him and his brother.
I  know. It just seems like that to me too.  He got married in May and my brain is still adjusting to that. Luckily he married a wonderful young lady.

HoserLauren wrote: Hi everyone!

I didn't realize this RAT was happening lol

I took a look at the guesses and I think Azuki's going to be the closest, but I have insider information. Tomorrow at 8am I'm going to the hospital to be induced. My guess is that late tomorrow/early Wednesday she will make her debut. As much as a quick labour would be nice, I do think it would be cool to have her share a birthday with Harry Potter :)

Once I'm back home and settled with the little one I'll update! Wish me luck for tomorrow!
 I thought you knew about this RAT. I've been wondering where you were. Hopefully, you've had your baby by now since it's nearly 5 PM on Wednesday.  I had to be induced with both of mine. Labor comes on a lot quicker so I hope your labor is shorter because of it.

I'm still chugging away on this. I've got to 76% read. I was 51% when I posted this on Sunday. I'm not going to finish it today. I was hoping I could get it done by the end of the month. Oh well... :erm:

I finished "Superman: Dawnbreaker" today. I started listening to "Secret Token", a book about the lost colony of Roanoke. Roanoke Island is one of the places my sister and I plan on visiting this September.
